1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies, local storage, pixels, web beacons, tags, logs and similar technologies store or read information on a browser or device. They can remember a cart, keep a session secure, save preferences, measure performance, support advertising attribution or help identify technical problems.
2. Consent standard
In Italy, the European Economic Area and similar consent-based jurisdictions, optional cookies must not run unless the customer gives a clear affirmative choice. The site must offer Accept all, Reject optional and Customize choices with equal practical access. Optional categories must not be preselected.
3. Essential cookies and storage
Essential cookies are required for cart operation, checkout, account login, security, consent recording, fraud prevention, load balancing, payment handoff, language choice and basic site functions. They cannot be switched off in the consent panel because the store may not work without them.

10. Changing or withdrawing consent
Customers can reopen Cookie settings from the storefront at any time and change or withdraw optional consent. Withdrawal stops future optional processing where controlled by Instatyre. Customers may also need to delete existing provider cookies through browser settings.
11. Consent records and provider review
Instatyre may store consent mode, category choices, timestamp, policy version, browser or device signal and related preference values so the choice can be applied, audited and evidenced. Cookie names, durations and providers can change when payment, analytics, advertising, chat, video, review, support or hosting services are added or removed.
