Manufacturer names, marks and product identifiers are used only to identify products offered for sale. Instatyre is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any manufacturer unless expressly stated.
2. Rights-holder notice channel
In the event of any concerns or complaints, especially for possible violation of intellectual property rights, please send us an email at IP@whosebilling.com. Please include the affected URL, the right claimed, ownership or authorization evidence, contact details and the requested action.
3. Review process
We review credible notices, may remove or restrict disputed content while a complaint is assessed and may request additional evidence where needed to verify the claim. Submitting false, incomplete or misleading notices may delay review.
4. Product identification
Product names, tyre sizes, load indexes, speed ratings, EU label values and product identifiers are presented to help customers identify compatible products and review order information. Images and descriptions may vary by size, batch, manufacturer update and stock location.
